My rabbit is the same way, he doesn’t play with most of the willow balls, sticks, wood chew toys, stuffed animals, etc that I buy for him and when he does play with them he destroys them quickly. It can be very hard to tell when they are young. The photo you provided does look girl-ish though. How is the profile view? Females have a very pyramidal shaped genital mound.

Did she ask you to pet her? Some bunnies do not like to be touched unless it is on their terms. Or should I say, some are less accepting of touching that isn’t on their terms. Perhaps he would do well with some baby toys? You can find inexpensive baby keys or staking cups. The hard plastic is considered safe since it would be unusual for a bunny to actually chew a piece off and swallow it. You want to supervise them will playing with such toys, of course.

It won’t kill him to not have any greens for a day or two, or a week even. Just to see how he does. If there is a huge improvement, then you can work out what his no-veggie diet will look like going forward.
