I think I would put down mats or rugs instead with blankets on top. I really don’t like taking any risks like that lol. Mine drip water after they drink but the blanket dries up pretty quickly.

I use unscented detergent. I’ve heard the scented ones aren’t good for them and I don’t think they like it anyway (too smelly for their face to be so close to all the time). I also don’t use dryer sheets.

Are you sure she’s a dwarf? 1kg sounds on the large side for a 4 month old dwarf, so I’m wondering if it’s another small breed or maybe a false dwarf. Yes, unlimited pellets are fine when they are growing. Unlimited within reason though, of course. She needs to eat hay too.

Seriously though, if it is a pickleworm then it is Lepidoptera. In other words, they are baby moths. They do not parasites to animals. The larva would not survive being eaten.

Best case scenario is if she did ingest one, she chewed it to death or it’ll die in her stomach. I’m unsure the repercussions on that particular worm, but generally when we think of rabbits with “worms”, you see them in their poop.
