Here are some Cooper pics, he is ridiculously photogenic! I swear my other 3 bunnies are beautiful, they are just so much harder to photograph!

Side note, the blanket he’s on is one of the faux shearling rugs from Ikea, I think they would be amazing for any bun dealing with sore hocks. It is so soft and plushy!

Fruit popsicle frenzy here! Breintje always gets a small nibble or two and he’s allowed to clean the stick.

His ultra-focused face made me take some pics, and I managed to snap one which wasn’t a blur:

Found a crumbled paper litter that is much softer than the typical pellets.  Trying that with pine pellets in litter box.

Breintje and I are very close as well, he follows me around all day and sleeps next to me at night. Not being close to eachother feels weird, even if it’s for a short time. A month would have me very stressed as well.

Not to hijack the thread, but Ellie I had been meaning to tell you, I think that hay tea recipe may have saved Bun Jovi’s life a couple years ago when he went into stasis over the weekend. It was the only thing I could get him to eat or drink willingly (but only when it was fresh!). I revisit the recipe often!

Ellie’s suggestion is great, a t-shirt that youve slept in or worn for a day or so is great for a bun to have. You pretty much do the same with a puppy dog when you take it home. Rabbits have an acute sense of smell. We cant understand all the nuances of scents, but to animals they are a very real reality.
