I think unless behavior gets worse you’re probably ok to leave them how they are. I have 3 rabbits and 1 of them has to be lot separated and they were all really aggressive at first but it got much better with time. Update! I tried stress bonding for the first time today as the two were getting along decently well. Did a 15 min car trip with them in the same carrier, and they cuddled up during it!
