We collected our 8 week old mini lop on Saturday.  He is free roam and loves one particular corner in our living room, he will take himself off and sit there for long periods.
He comes out to play and runs around bonkers binking, he is nudging us and just today he has taken to nibbling my sons socks and my skirt.
he is eating and pooping ok.
Is the nudging, nibbling and the sitting in the corner ok, he’s not unwell is he?
he lays on a blanket in the corner, relaxed and on his side or with his legs tucked underneath him x

That all sounds very normal to me. 🙂 He might appreciate a hide in his favorite corner so he has a safe zone to rest and nap.

That all sounds very healthy! We sometimes put a box with 2 holes or a fluffy tunnel in a spot where our bun likes to sit, so he has a bit of privacy and some extra warmth if he wants it. It’s great that you’re seeing binkies and that he comes to you for attention. That’s one happy bunny 🙂

Nibbling can be a way to ask for attention, and a way to groom you as bunny friends do among eachother. However, some rabbits get a little overenthousiastic and damage fabrics or skin in the process. You may want to teach him not to bite clothes and skin from an early age, before he hits puberty and his behaviour gets wilder. This website explains how to teach the bun to be more gentle: http://language.rabbitspeak.com/yippie-skippie/ It’s a great site about rabbit body language and how to communicate with them, I can’t recommend it enough!

Feel free to post pics here as well, I’d love to see the bun ^_^
