I’m just wondering if anyone else has had problems with these bowls? (Inserting the ones that I got off the internet.) I got one for Thumper almost 3 years ago and it has dark grey spots all over and it started to chip in two places; Not to mention Thumper was able to move it and flipped it upside down a few times.

    Here’s what Thumper’s…[Read more]

I’m not familiar with the plant, but Google says it’s in the sunflower family. Sunflowers, asters, etc. are not poisonous to rabbits.

I’m sorry you lost your other bunny ๐Ÿ™ This one looks a lot like my Ben!

Hi! Does anyone know if curtain creepers are safe for rabbits? If youโ€™re not familiar with the plant, itโ€™s also commonly called vernonia creepers, parda bel, tarlmounia, or lee kuan yew.

Thank you beforehand! Hoping it is safe for my two bunnies, Bo and Mo, since I want to let them run around my balcony where the curtain creepers are!

He’s only getting around 10 new pellets in the old food. I could give another brand a go.

The rabbit in the photo is Joey my bunny that passed on 4/20.

This is Tater he is a Netherland Dwarf (possibly a mix the shelter wasn’t sure). He got a big box of goodies from a friend.

He was a bit excited so he’s blurry.

A friend sent me a giant box of toys and treats for Tater Tot.

He was running all over the box so he’s a bit blurry. These were the only 2 pictures I could get the rest look like a bunny body with a blur for a head.

I’m not going to touch on everything because you’re already getting a lot of good advice.

On treats, you can give things like carrot and banana but only occasionally and in very small quantities. Any pet store should have prepackaged treats as well. Read the label and if the first or second ingredient is hay then personally I’m comfortable…[Read more]

A rabbit’s poop is often dry, so it is most likely dried poop that your rabbit stepped on, and it is now smushed! It also seems light-colored which suggests to the fact that the poop was in fact dry, instead of diarrhea!

PS those ears! Is the rabbit in your picture the one who doesn’t like the new food?

Could you maybe try another brand of adult pellets? No idea what kind you’re using but there are a few quality brands so maybe he would prefer another? Other than that I’m not sure since you’re mixing it in so he still gets the old ones! Maybe go with less new pellets and increase more slowly?

Well, we did it. We had a sleepover with only minor scuffles! Bunnies are getting there. The baking sheet worked really well. Now I need to figure out where to go from here because I barely slept so I definitely can’t do this on work nights lol

It’s been about two days now and the main problem is still the poop being wetter than usual. It is nicely formed but the wetness makes it crack open super easily and become mushed. I know it’s nowhere near diarrhea because the mushed feces are just chewed up hay, but I would like to know if this is normal and if not how can I firm the poop up a…[Read more]

I am attempting to switch Tater Tot from his young bun food to his big boy food. He is not happy to say the least. I’m only putting a teaspoon in with his current food right now he first flings his bowl across the cage (I have a smooth-sided ceramic bowl coming in the mail) and then picks all of his old food out and will just leave the new food on…[Read more]
