I would continue to monitor at this point — I’m unclear what it is, but if it was a very small affected area and it seems healthy elsewhere, I wouldn’t be immediately concerned. I’d continue monitoring if skin condition worsens or spreads from the observed area you got these from.

I also dont know how the infection advances. Should it have been worse by now? Because during this one month it has almost been the same, is that normal or should he have shown more symptoms if he had an infection?

Is he always peeing on the floor in the same spot? Does he ever pee in his box?

When buns get older, they can start to get a bit lazy with box habits, so sometimes a box with lower sides can help.
