It looks like a small bleeding inside the ear? It doesn’t look bad.

It’s really hard getting attached to these sweeties then dealing with medical issues/ losing them unexpectedly. I’m sorry for your experiences and losses as well.

It’s so awful when you have a string of losses like that. I had that happen several years ago (lost Bunston, then had a very very sick foster who I didn’t adopt, then suddenly lost Moose at age 2 after only having him for 6 months or so), and it’s very hard to not blame yourself, but things just happen sometimes with rabbits.

Thanks Bam. Pancake is doing ok. Definitely better than Ruby when she lost her first friend, but I can tell she is a bit down. I’m going to try to do a bonding session (or a few) with my 3 and see how that goes, and if that doesn’t work out I’ll get her a new friend relatively soon. It’s so sad to lose a young bun. It’s sad to lose any bun, but it seems so extra unfair when the bun is young. I’m glad he got 14 months with you, he seems to have made the most of them. Lots of love and adventures!
