It sounds like she is experiencing some gas but is probably working through it. Agree that simethicone and some tummy rubs will probably help. If she’s eating now, push lots of hay and water, no treats, fruits, or starchy veggies. Extra leafy greens that are wet from being rinsed can also help, as long as they aren’t known to cause gas (like the cabbages).
If this happens again in the future, I would not wait until the evening to see her appetite return, because if she had started feeling poorly overnight, that would put you into emergency territory. (And if you waited a full 24 hours from the first symptoms to take her to the ER, that might be too late). If it turns into stasis, the sooner you can start treatment, the better.
