It looks swollen esp in the first picture. Is this a front paw? Do you know what caused it and how long it was since it happened? How deep would you say it is?
Signs of infection in a wound are excessive swelling, seepage and/or pus and marked tenderness around the wound.
There is always a bit of inflammation when a wound is healing, inflammation is a normal stage of wound healing.
It is a bit difficult to see in the picture, but you should clean the wound (don’t use hydrogen peroxide if it’s a deep wound) and the bun mustn’t be allowed to lick or bite the wound. This can be difficult to accomplish without putting a cone on the bun.
We are not vets here so we cant really give vet advice. If you’re worried you shod call your vet and ask and describe the wound. Some vets will accept pictures by mail. They might just tell you to do normal wound care, but if they think it needs debriding and/or antibiotics, they will probably ask you to come in.
