  Hey everyone — as we continue to grow, we want to be aware of what is most important to you so we created a SURVEY
  
  It’ll take a few minutes and you’ll get a discount coupon for the store once you completed the survey. The things we are focusing on include mobile stuff — like a new mobile application that makes it easier for you to focus on the things you like.
  
  Another thing that is very difficult for us to tackle is competitive shipping, but we are working on ways to try to do this without losing our shirts. It’s very hard for us to be competitive against the amazons of the net, and large online pet stores where they can provide free or low shipping –They can do this either by raising prices on on some of their key items to cover it OR they are so large that they can purchase products in large discounted volumes, and/or they have hubs in many areas throughout the U.S. so they can ship from closer warehouses.
  
  Also, due to the high volume of product, they can make a smaller profit on the products and still do just fine. But for us, a small business, we have negotiated the best rates available for our size, so now we are looking at ways to keep ourselves competitive including different shipping strategies. Though we will never fully be able to compete with huge companies — we are not even on the same playing field, but we can do our best to provide a cozy section of the market for fun, education, community, along with great unique products — and your feedback is invaluable to us in achieving that goal.

  Chacha bun says that she would be happy if a mobile app was made, since she sees her slave on the BB site on her iPhone.

  I also approve of a mobile app, except I have a Droid; especially if it had a safe veggies list so I could get to it at the store. I’m forever forgetting what is OK and what is not and end up buying the same things each week. Cinnabun would like some more variety.

  I received my email with the survey this morning and took it. It was a well written survey.
  If you haven’t gotten yours yet, be sure you’ve provided BB with an email address for it to go to, if you haven’t done that already.
  
  I also suggest hooking up your printer before you start since it gives you the coupon the moment you finish, so you’ll have that discount immediately available.
  
  Remember when it was called shipping because orders were delivered by ships? Maybe we should call it Flying.

  There was an early question asking how often we visit the site for Bunny Info and…. something else. I thought that was a little confusing. I visit the forums for bunny info. Did you mean the actual Bunny Info section?

  I can’t afford a data plan, nor do I have an iPhone so an app really wouldn’t be of use to me.

  oh oh. The coupon expires 7/29. My $ arrives aug 1. I won’t be able to use it.
  
  I did take the survery tho. I would love BB app on my phone.
  
  The safe vegies list on app is a great idea too. That way when I am out and find something new I could check n see if it is safe. Great ideas there

  (Exclude the times you purchase items from the store).
  
  It was not meant to suggest the Bunny Info section — just for bunny information in general. Sorry if that was confusing.

  A good BB app was something I’d been thinking about yesterday too, as I spend a lot of time on my iPod! I’ll go take the survey now though!

  Along the lines of the mobile app thing… Most of the time when I try to go to the forums on my Nook it’ll redirect e to one of the ads even though I didn’t tap anything and it wont let me navigate away from it. Is it only me with this problem?
