I’ve just done some asking around if late and lots of research –
My plan for my boy based on this info is to do romaine lettuce hearts 3 nights a week with either basil , fennel ( will keep fennel to only one night) or parsley ( will keep that to one night )
1-2 nights a week I’ll do kale ( no more frequently due to the oxalate (although I’m reading conflicting info saying that it’s actually low in oxalate contrary to belief but to be careful incase im only doing once-twice a week)
One night a week I’ll do carrot top
And last night of the week I’ll do silverbeet ( I believe you call it chard) with either basil or mint
Then ontop of this each night one tablespoon of fruits ( I have a Holland lop so my amount of this many be smaller than yours as he is small size rabbit )
Will rotate that one depending on what I have etc but will either be brocolli ( can be head leaves or stalk) , banana , carrot , apple (no seeds) , peach , apricot
Are Holland lops smaller than mini lops? If so, I think a tablespoon of fruit every night is too much, isn’t it? I’ve not given mine any fruit yet but when I do it’ll only be a small piece a couple of times per week at most.
