Hey there, soo I’m really worried. I left my bunny in the cage while I was outside and my bf decided to let my bunny out of the cage and everything was ok until he needed to use the bathroom and let the bunny unsupervised. The cat litter was covered but my bf didn’t make sure it was covered really good so whe he came out from the bathroom he saw Riley in the litter digging. When I came back inside Riley seems ok an I saw him eatin hay. I changed his litter so I can check if he’ll poop so hopefully he will but I’m still worried. Is there anything I can do or just keep an eye on him for the next 24h?

He could’ve just been digging but not ingesting the litter. The best way is to make sure he’s still eating lots of hay and drinking water, so if he did actually ingest any litter, the fibre and water will eventually help push it through.
