My rabbit has gotten quite comfortable in her carrier. She likes to sleep in it and JustJust relax in it every day. Will this change if I attempt to move her carrier? Is it a good idea to move her by hand in her new carrier prior to taking her to the nail clipping place?

Moving the carrier to somewhere else in the room is fine. She’s comfortable with the carrier, area surrounding regardless.

I would just put a treat in the carrier and close it up when she’s in it to go.

I can’t make any promises about what your rabbit will feel, but I seriously doubt this will upset her much. It’s very kind of you to get her used to the carrier before she actually has to use it! My bunny goes into the carrier sometimes, and when I need to take her to the vet, I just shut her up in it and pick it up. Being picked up in the carrier bothers her far less than being picked up with my hands, and I think that’s pretty normal.

            Good luck!
