So I have a local vet clinic that I have taken the bunnies to but there is 2 vets who work there. I have heard a lot of good things about the main vet (the one the clinic is named after) and how she is good with rabbits. The time I took my rabbits into she had threw her back out and couldn’t work that day and since the bunnies needed to be seen THAT day, we saw the other vet. My Dad is the one who took them in actually as I was gone. He said she was really nice and did a good job. A week or so I took the rabbits back in for a post treatment checkup (if thats what you call it) and saw her and she seemed very familiar with rabbits and stuff. So my question is should I continue to go to her for the rabbits checkups or should I go to the main vet who I know has studied exotic animals? I kind of wants to go to the main vet as I feel like she’d know more, but the other vet seems fine too! I am so confused. What would you do?

I would go which whomever your most comfortable with
my rabbits are registered to two vets, one close to home (for emergencies and basic things like vaccines) and I have a vet who is more familiar with rabbits and they’re a lot cheaper too who I took them too for spaying and if they get sick. I go to both for check ups so they’re up to date with the bunnies but that way I know nothings been missed and I can get the best vet care at the best price
