Hi! I have 2 bunnies, Yuki and Rocky. Yuki is a lionhead female bunny, I got her when she was 3 months old and I spayed her when she was 5-6 months old. She is a smaller breed than Rocky so at his age she was almost fully grown. Rocky is now 3 months old but he isn’t even as big as Yuki is. Rocky is a German lop, he is supposed to become a pretty big bunny. I know that it takes more for a bigger bunny to fully grow, but I don’t know if it would be ok to neuter him now. I have read on the internet that it would be ok to neuter a male bunny at 3 months but at 3 months Rocky is still very small (compared to his parents). Is it ok to neuter him now considering his size or should I wait for him to get bigger?

As long his testicles have descended and your vet feels comfortable doing the procedure then 3 months is fine. My boys were neutered together at 3 months.
