That sounds like a great set up for growing bunny veggies
Mine don’t really get anything but leafy greens in their fresh veg portion either. They do get a treat at bedtime, usually a small piece of dried fruit or veg.
I grow quite a bit for my buns at the moment. Currently all of their leafy greens come from the garden. I have 4 different varieties of lettuce, coriander, oregano, sage, mint, thyme, rosemary, dandelions, calendula, lavender, plantain, fresh grass and lots of sow thistle and cats ear from my weedy garden
Currently, they get lettuce, grass, sow thistle and coriander every day, and then I add extra ingredients but vary them from day to day so that they don’t get too much calcium.
When I buy additional greens, it’s usually bok choy, endive or fennel. This week they’re also getting kale because I bought some for our parrot’s food mix and had leftovers. I’ve grown bok choy before and found it fairly easy, though not particularly heat tolerant.
