  I go to my email. I got 16 email from BB that claim I have checked to be notified of new postings.
  
  I go to the posts and there is no check for me to be following these posts and being notified of new replies.

  Ahhh I saw forum tracking at the top and went there and unchecked a few things. Ahaaa.
