  Technically speaking I mean. I know he looks white with dark spots, but is this coloring technically brown or black broken pattern? I am still trying to get the terminology correct and I have to fill out color on papers for the vet. Is it okay to call this white? Or is it something else?

  my guess is broken agouti. Agouti is a multi-colored fur: grey at the base, brown in the middle, with a darker tip and interspersed with black, I believe. It’s the color of most wild rodents.
