  Hi, so I have a bunny and I THINK she’s a flemish giant and chinchilla rabbit mix but I am not sure.

  How big is she? Purebred Giant chins can max out at around 15 pounds, Flemmies don’t have a weight limit, but I doubt she would be done growing yet. Flemish and giant chins are often crossbred, which can make it tough to tell them apart. A Giant Chin is supposed to have a flyback coat, meaning that when you stroke the fur from back to front, it should snap quickly back into place, rather than rolling back into place. To my unexperienced eye, she looks more Chin than Flem, but I wouldn’t know. It’s likely she is a mix, mix breed rabbits are very common.

  She’s about 8-9lbs I think, possibly heavier. She was 7lbs in August.
