Not sure what breeds my bunnies are. I’m thinking daddy bunny(brown one) is a French Lop Mic but not sure of mommy bunny(black one). Any suggestions???

          Welcome

I added the attachments in for you. After the files load, click on the “Insert Image” icon and the photo will then appear in your post.

Lovely pair of bunnies you have there.   And kitty. :p

Is your lop fully grown now? How much he weigh. He does have a French lop look about him. Perhaps hes a French x American mini lop (aka dwarf lop in other parts of the world.

Not sure on the female. Her body shape reminds me of a rex rabbit but she doesn’t have rexed fur. There is a large breed (Silver Fox) with that ticking in the coat but it is a pattern that can occur in other breeds, I believe.

          How old is she??

He weighs 5.5 pounds and is 2 and a half years old. She weighs 7 pounds and is 1 and a half years old.

My rabbits love to snuggle with my cats! I only let them together under supervision though.

I think the lop is a Holland lop, but not too sure about the black one.
My best friend has a Holland lop and looks a lot like your bun.

It’s too big for a holland. Hollands are 2-4 pounds. It’s definitely a bigger lop. I agree on a French crossed with a mini. Because that bunny is larger and longer than the size of my Hollands, and they are false dwarves weighing in at 5 pounds, but not even close to that bulky or length.

Looks like a rex mix and a lop rabbit. Not sure beyond that. Some people sell what are more “mutts” of breeds than actual ones -which has no real bad drawbacks normally- and identifying a rabbit can be harder if they’re not just pure rex.
