  No help on the breed other than he’s probably a mix. He’s got the long hair around his ears like a Lionhead.

  At 3 lbs, he’s likely mixed with something small. Or he could be a purebred lionhead. Some don’t have “good quality” manes and are sold as pets because they would be disqualified in shows.
