With Thanksgiving (in the US) coming up tomorrow, what are you thankful for…and this post is for all of our BB Community :~) all over the world.
I’m thankful my boyfriend will get to be here for the long weekend. I’m thankful I don’t have to cook. I’m thankful that in law school I finally found a life path that excites, inspires, and motivates me. Also, BUNNIES! ![]()
I am THANKFUL to be done with school. The class behind me is posting on Facebook everyday about all of the “Hells of Hygiene School”, and I do a little happy dance every time because it’s no longer ME going thru the torture! I’ve got my credentials and I’m looking for a permanent job.
Speaking of jobs…
Even with the less-than-awesome job market what it is, I am incredibly thankful that my husband is working at a job he loves, making good (enough) money to allow us to live comfortably on what is essentially one income (I’m currently working a couple days a week at my retail job, but that hardly qualifies as “income”, a little bit of gas money at best.)
Speaking of gas money…
I am also super thankful to have been able to “retire” my rusty, broken-down car last month in favor of a new(er) car that is beautiful and runs perfectly! I can drive myself and my family around safely, without the constant fear of a call to AAA.
Life throws curveballs, but it’s very nice when you have a stretch of time, maybe a month, maybe a year, where you’re at peace and everything feels like it’s in place, I hope everyone finds comfort this holiday season!
I am also thankful for… Binkybunny!

I am thankful for Mr. Kenny bunny and my home that I live in, and to have such wonderful parents and family ![]()
I am thankful for my family, which includes Wilbur, Totoro, and all the other pets. I also am thankful to have the opportunity to go to school I go to, there’s only 35 people attending the high school, which is a joke, more people should have that same opportunity because a great education is really valuable.
I also am thankful I have 5 days to sleep in, I get see my boyfriend outside of school, and for BinkyBunny! ![]()
I’m thankful for the animals in my life. I have meet many great animals that helped shaped me into the vegetarian, protesting, animal activist that I am today. When I meet a new animal they open up my mind and I have to research them and better their lives.
I’m also thankful for the original Philippe. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have decided to better the life of Pit Bull type dogs, and make it a life goal to save them. RIP little man.
I’m not thankful for a lot of things, but when it comes to past and present animal friends I am extremely thankful to have them walk little paw-prints on my heart. ![]()
Sarita, what are you thankful for?
It seems like there isn’t much to be thankful for these days. I’m terrified about trying to find a job, especially in this economy. The environmental issues going on are awful too. But if I had to say, then I would say that I am thankful that my doggie is still with us. I’m also thankful for the buns, my sweet little turds. Let’s see, I’m thankful for finally figuring out where I’m supposed to be school-wise and, of course, the opportunity to work there at the university. Although I want to strangle my husband most days, I am thankful he is here with me. I guess that’s about it for now.
I’m thankful that my parents are still with me and still healthy. I am also thankful for my husband, he’s a good man.
I’m thankful to have a home to go to where I can feel comfortable and secure.
I’m also thankful I don’t have to cook =P
Thankful that my parents are still healthy, living life easier than they did 10 years ago. thankful for my boyfriend, who built an awesome playhouse for the bunnies while I was at work (will post pictures later hehe), the bunnies who were being BRATS THIS MORNING and didn’t let me sleep but I love them to pieces anyway, friends, my job, life, etc. haha. there are small things to be thankful for everyday, in my opinion.
I’m especially thankful to have been hired at the nonprofit I work at, and be able to go out and advocate for social equality. I’m doing something I really love to do. =D
I’m thankful for Navi and all past rabbits that have graced my life (Pumpkin, Little, Stormy, Link, and Cortana).
Starsky and the other dogs who have graced my life (Mickey, Schatze, and Rusty).

Though times have been extremely tight, we have not let it sink us emotionally
That my parents are now safely with family and their care can be more closely monitored. Huge relief this year.

For my best friends who I have known since high school and college. They are family
