what are some good online shopping sites?

We wont to buy him toys online. We find it easier for both of us, and my boyfriend wants to make sure its toys that he will actually play with because he hasnt been playing with all the toys we bought him, he just throws them away and doesnt bother with them. So if you know of any good websites to buy bunny things on, let me know. I know we have a shopping section on here but its kind of limited. Thanks again

actually, i believe that binky bunny does not yet ship to canada.  but i have found a similar selection available on http://www.rabbitrescue.ca 

my buns seem to ignore most of the toys i have bought for them.  what i have had success with: anything willow, seagrass mats, anything cardboard.  altho i do not like to spend money on cardboard stuff since it gets dirty pretty fast & i always seem to have lots of free carboard from packaging to cut up & do stuff with.  paper towel & toilet paper rolls are my buns fav.

Binky Bunny is the best site i’ve found, and with the best prices.  most of the stuff on here can be chewed and eaten, which will probably interest your bun more than a hard plastic toy.  my rabbit pretty much ignores any toy that cannot be consumed.  keep in mind that chewing items is a form of playing.  may i suggest the willow toys (get a few different ones, or several if you can), the grass mat, great for chewing and shoving, and the toy that has the hay cubes attached.  you’re going to need to replace the chewable toys more often (so stock up) but i think the bun will show more interest in them, so it’s not like you’re wasting your money.  this will help for distraction too.  anytime my rabbit goes to chew something that is off-limits, i offer her an acceptable chewing choice instead to occupy her.

I’ve found some cool toys on ebay…There are a few people who make toys on there, and they are pretty cool and pretty cheap. I have a wreath made completely out of apple wood that my bunnies love.

For toys, like food, most are rejected on first site by the bunny. It’s best to just keep trying (put the toy in the cage for a few days, take it out, put it in, etc. I have a carrot throw toy that makes noise, that I bought almost two years ago for Kokanee that’s finally getting lots of attention from Kahlua…so even if they don’t like it at first, keep trying!

Thanks for recommending Rabbit Rescue! We do have an online store and we ship to anywhere in Canada and the U.S.

I would recommend the seagrass mats – my bunns chew them right up! The maracas are also fun as well as anything willow (tunnel, tent, bowls). The pinecones are a lot of fun, especially when you take rabbit pellets or raisins and stick them in the folds of the pinecone – makes the bunns go crazy trying to get at them!

And all proceeds go to bunnies in need.
