  Nope, they wont spay her until she’s at least 5 months, so 2-3 more months

  I’m quite fine with cross-gender pet naming. When I was a kid I had a cat named Nathaniel. Mind you everyone thought Nathan was a boy until she got pregnant. A few years ago I had a girl cat named Sam (short for Saman). One of my cousin’s has a boy cat named Trixie, and my other cousin has a girl dog named Max.

  When in doubt, just call her Sammy. LOL!
  
  We were pretty darn sure Momo was a girl when we got her. But the name Momo is rather unisex anyways. And I’ll be honest I have a talent for sexing things. That is why when one of my leopard geckos laid eggs last week I was unsure of my skills. Her cage mate is another female. After candling the eggs I was able to determine both geckos are female and the eggs were just duds that female reptiles have from time to time when they are not mated.

  I like Samson for a girl too. I also like a lot of names for girls or boys that are meant for the other. My fave is Andy for a girl.
