Snickers is a Rex with white feet.  The fur on his feet doesn’t look awfully dirty but it seems “dingy” compared to the rest of his white fur.

Can I “wash” his feet with a warm damp cloth or is that a no-no?

Well bunnies walk on their bare feet so they’re never gunna be 100% pristine. My white rabbit sometimes has paws that look a bit dingy but that is part of having a white rabbit.

Yes, the same with Rain. His paws are white too and they are slightly tinged with yellow. I’d steer away from doing anything with a rabbit’s feet except trimming his nails. It could possibly stress him out, too. It’s funny, because when he does try to wash his feet, he falls over sometimes. He’s tiny, so that’s probably why. Same with flops.
