I’m sorry to say, short of tolerating her bad habits till she is spayed is going to be your only option unless you actually keep her from accessing your bed. I was in your exact situation a year ago with my boy Henry. I even tried putting a board across my doorway to keep him out of my room cause I couldn’t keep him off the bed – he jumped and then ‘climbed’ over it – he was so desperate to get in and be with us, I felt SO bad!!! so that didn’t last long….
Once I found out (through my BB friends – I was very bunny ignorant) that this could (not guaranteed) be easily solved by having him neutered, I literally called and found an exotic’s vet and he was booked in to be neutered within days. It did the trick beautifully! Henry is now a welcome visitor (along with my hubby and dog’s – ha ha ha) on my bed through out the night.
As far as eating your bed linen??? Good luck with that! Read every post I have written on BB and you’ll see/hear me complaining about Henry eating/chewing my bedding – SORRY! Ha ha ha ha…. Just recently, I complained that I put a brand NEW expensive comforter on my bed and days later I reported I have “6” (more, but I stopped counting) chews holes in it! I got NO sympathy, just other BBer’s saying they have chewed clothes, shoes and the list goes on! LOL! It’s just part of bunny ownership. I and another BBer bam (I’m sure she won’t mind me telling you…) have both had our night clothes eaten while we are asleep – GASP!
Honestly, short of keeping your girl off your bed, your gonna continue to have these problems. I decided it was worth it (though it won’t stop me from complaining, ha ha ha ha!) cause there is nothing better than having a ‘bunny’ on your bed!
PS – my hubby sort of agrees (lol!), but my dog’s don’t!!!
