Don’t forget that indoor rabbits are mischief!
Everything has the potential to be a chew toy. Electrical wires, furniture and carpet. Be aware the sprays don’t work to deter some rabbits and the cord covers are just as easily chewed .
Your parents do not sound like they want a rabbit all that much, if it starts destructive habits like the ones above you may face having ur rabbit banished outside, or to a new home.
You need your parents to be 100% behind you in this, not just coerced into it.
Things will get wrecked no matter how much you try to bunny proof your home. Maybe take a step back and think of it from their point of view.
This might be the pet you want, but it’s their home that will get torn up, and also them that will give the care to the rabbit,if ,as they believe , you will not be 100% responsible.
Rabbits she’d their fur really badly too. Fur EVERYWHERE, all the time. My family are used to it when I visit, but they don’t appreciate it at all
Just as an aside
Your parents might be able to afford a rabbit, but are they willing to ?
Emergency treatment can be expensive. And ur parents may not want to part with the money even if they have it.
