        Hello.

I am new to having a rabbit.

I was wondering if you could tell me what type of boxes can we give our rabbits to play with.

Are boxes from Amazon/Target ok?  the Cereal Boxes? These boxes have prints on them, so I just want to make sure if its ok or not to give them.

          Hi!
I actually buy plain shipping boxes at Walmart for $1 and you can cut holes in them and they will love to tear them up. I try and stay away from printed boxes or ones that have tape on them. And try and stay away from too smal of boxes because they might get stuck and freak out in it. You might also want to read BUNNY INFO tab up above to help you with the basics of a bunny

Thank you! I just thought we can recycle some boxes before throwing them. If that’s the case, then I could just buy like you suggested.

            Thank you so much!

You can reuse boxes, just make sure there isn’t too much ink on them because one of my buns loves to eat boxes and it can be toxic if ate too much!

I think I read somewhere that glossy/shiny boxes like cereal boxes aren’t great but Amazon boxes, crisp boxes from supermarket etc are okay. Just make sure you remove any tape
