I’m getting a travel carrier soon so I can take my bunnies to the vet and visit family and what not. but I’m trying to find the best carrier. I found this but wanted more opinions/options.

Personally I use a hard plastic carrier that’s just big enough for Kurotta to lounge out fully. That way if the car comes to an emergency brake or sudden acceleration, he wouldn’t get thrown about too much and hurt himself.

The hard plastic makes it easier to clean. Although I do put a pee pad, sometimes the pee soaks through so I just wash the whole carrier. A fabric one would be more difficult in terms of cleaning. If your bunny is a chewer they might also chew through the fabric or mesh.

i take the bus, and they only allow soft carriers due to it’s easier to fit/move around when necessary

Soft carriers are also fine but make sure you line it with a pee pad

Hmm why would it need to be “moved around” though? Will bunny not be on a seat?
