  I’ve been meaning to add pics of the little guy for some time. Anyway, it appears he is maturing so I thought it’s about time I did! He’s about 9-10wks old now & weighed 2.2lbs (1kg) last week. He’s pretty lean but I think it’s due to his breed mix. He’s a good hay eater and seems to prefer it over pellets. He used the litterbox from the get go, marks the bed but not the floor, loves tearing cardboard and wakes me early doing this of pulling at the nic grids..all the normal bunny things.
  
  I took some pics of him near a sheet of A4 paper earlier on and just tonight. It doesn’t show the difference how I had hoped. But anyway…

  I took some of these a few weeks ago. So he’s 8wks in these. This is his most common pose – Pet me, pet me! He sometimes stands with paws hanging thru the grids and nose poked out. He’ll stay like that for how ever long I pet his nose for. When I stop he usually starts chewing on the wire.
  
  He’s usually on my lap while I cruise the BB forums. : )

  I’ll have to work on some better pics, he wasn’t staying still and I’m not savvy enough to capture motion shots.
  
  I do have a vid I’d like to share but the file is too big. Anyone have tips for a novice on how I make it more easy to upload? I can’t even edit it much to my frustration.

  Yeah, they grow super fast huh! With Huckleberry, when we brought her home, she sat in the palm of my hand with no problem. After a couple weeks, my boyfriend and I kept saying “Is ‘he’ (we didn’t know) getting bigger?” We kept asking that until eventually we were sure she was getting bigger. Then, the question changed to “When is she going to stop growing!!!!”
  I am pretty sure she is full grown at 11 lbs now.
  He looks adorable! He has huge ears and back feet!!! I bet he is going to be pretty big. I think the pics in the basket show a more dramatic change in size, as well as attitude, since he wont sit still haha. Do you have any idea what breed he might be?
  I think he looks healthy! As long as he is eating the hay and gets his greens.
  Cant wait to see more pics!

  Really have no clue on breed. Seem to be working backwards regarding him. So when he’s full grown I might be able to guess at what breed mix he might be. He was either dumped or from a feral group whose breed I don’t know either.

  Oh wow! I didn’t see the second batch of pics earlier. Those are great! He actually lays on your lap while you’re on the computer?! Huckles gets jealous and tries to yank the laptop away from me haha. He looks so sweet!!! That hairline on his nose is priceless!!! Adorable! I would love to see his binkies, I bet they are pretty exciting. What is his name?
  
  Oh, and for videos, I just upload them to youtube and provide links. Its a bit of a hassle though.

  Hehe, I like the one of him on the bed, I have no idea if he’s looking out a window but based on the lighting it seems like he is and he looks… pensive.

  Yay! Glad Tim Tim is doing so well! He looks wonderful in the pics, that’s a very dainty little man you have there! But a beautiful one. And is he ever growing!

  That is one cute bunny (but the second shot in his laundry basket indicates he devoured an entire toy bunny, 2 towels and a water dish. Cuteness is a disguise?
  
  If you have windows Moviemaker (is it free to DL?) you can make a movie with your video by just dragging it into the program and then saving it with the choice of loading it on the web. It gives you either a code or a version that is lower in bytes and easier to post. Can’t remember which. But while there, you can add captions and music or talking in the background (and fades and spins between frames, etc.) if you want to have some fun on a project. Knowing you, you’d enjoy it.

  Wow!! He is beautiful! I love his colour and the black trimmed ears! His body shape really reminds me of Olivia…long and dainty. He has a wild bunny sort of shape. Love the pic of him on the bed.

  Fine boned and dainty is a very good description of him. It makes me suspect he won’t grow to be very big. I’m told the rabbits where he was found did have a lean look and about the size of Jersey. She’s about 5 pounds.
  
  Speaking of Jersey, her ears always looked really big in earlier pictures. I think they do when young and then their bodies catch up in growth. It’s been interesting seeing TimTim growing and noting his weight gain as it has made me remember some thing from when Jersey was little. Also, how little she was when I first got her. I had thought she was at least 8 weeks old because I didn’t think pet shops would have them younger. That was naive! Now, after seeing TimTim and looking at her pics I really think she was younger then I thought. It makes me a bit sad actually. I shouldn’t do direct comparisons because he could end up being bigger then her but she was 1.1 pounds from memory and he reached that within the first 3 days I had him. This is one of the earliest pics I have of Jersey. I now think she was maybe 6wks?
  
  RabbitPam, i have window movie maker but it won’t accept mp4 files. Apparently I have to convert the file so I’m looking at free downloads to do that. Some I see allow conversion plus video editing. I’m happy to hear of any recommendations of these sorts of downloads btw. The vid files in their current format exceed 200mb even though they’re not long and they take ages to upload to share sites. Plus the PC is being troublesome & slow. I’ll get there eventually…

  Rachel, I’d be more then happy for you to steal him and give him a home with Frankie. Though I would miss him! He’s a lap bunny currently, are you alright with that?

  The converter I used only converted 2 mins so I have a couple clips from the one video. Quality is so-so but you can see a bunny in them. ;o)
  
  This from 2 weeks ago. I put covers down on the bed and allow him to run around. The height kept him contained for a while but he now can get down and run around on the floor also.

  Can I say again that I love his ears? LOL I don’t know what it is with ears, but I think it’s so adorable when they’re babies and haven’t grown into their ears yet. He is too cute! And so unafraid of the edge of the bed. Thought for sure he was gonna fall off the edge a couple of times. lol

  He reminds me of a lot of animals, I call him Little Horse sometimes. Mainly he reminds me of marsupials. I’ve even carried him around in my clothes like a pouch. :p I tried all these more creative names based on his looks but somehow he has just remained TimTim. I don’t know why. I’m not even all that enamoured by the name but I am enamoured the bunny!

  I just saw the one of Jersey! What adorable little ears! But Tim Tim — out of this world AND it looks like he doesn’t wet or poop on the bed!!
