THUMPfest on webcam 7:54pm today

I don’t know what is going on but Jack and Viv are freaked out about something. I’ve gone into the bunnyroom a few times to find out what is going on and I’m watching cams now off and on, but I can’t figure out what in the heck they are all bent out of shape about. Nothin’ is outside, but I closed one window and partially closed the other just in case.

Maybe if a few others take a look, and between a few of us, you all will be able to see something I’m missin’.  

NOTE: The lounge and loo camera is not operating properly — it’s frozen on a earlier frame.

Jack and Vivian came running out of the bunnyroom (saw it also on the webcam– saw nothin scary),  but Vivian then went back which is where she is at now, but Jack chose to stay out here with his humans. 

Maybe they were just telling scary bunny stories and got freaked out – so maybe it’s could that they  spend a little time apart and don’t keep spookin’ each other with mutual thumping.

Here’s Jack hanging out  — he’s much more relaxed right now hanging out in the living room.   I check on the webcams and Vivian goes back and forth from feeling alerted and relaxed.    it could be the new mini fridge in the Bunnyroom (the cooling turning on and off) but it’s been in there now for three days and this is the first time they’ve freaked out. 

 

OH, and should note that YES, it was me moving the cameras around to try and view what in the world was going on because every time I would walk in there,  they thought I was the boogie man or something.  They were just so freaked out, so I decided to try and  investigate through the cams instead.

I think its the dangly window covering cord. It startles Monkey sometimes when they move here Of course, Monkey is slightly insane.

I’ll try and tie that up right now. Seems as if all is calming down as Viv looks like she is resting but I have a feeling she might freak out when I walk in the room if she’s still a bit alert….here goes.

EDITED:   Well, seems like things are back to normal. I went back there because Jack went back  but I didn’t see him on the webcams and so I got  up to find out where he went, and he was just sitting in front entrance and wouldn’t  go through the doorway.  Then he finally went in and seems like whatever it was about is settled…..uh spoke too soon— Vivian came out of the bunnyroom and is now hanging out in her Viv space in the foyer and Jack keeps going back and forth between the bunny and the living room– guess he doesn’t want to be in there alone.

  They are wacky bunnies tonight!  (they do come out every  night but usually they will venture out much later.

Jen, my own bunnies have been thumping for no apparent reason too…really a cluster of it as of late. Perhaps we’re going to have a big earthquake on the west coast or something?
Check with Mark’s Maryann…she should know.

Is THAT why the webcams have been off? I was worried it was me(my computer has the memory of a chicken0.O). But I checked on other computers too.

i remember reading a post way back where buns had a thumpfest due to a large bird that perched within view of their window. i wonder if they saw something creepy thru the window?

Hmm yes there are scary things out there on the  other side of those windows.

lol   too many ghost stories.  Maybe Jack made some ghost noises and scared Viv   lol

I’m glad I’m not the only one who has rabbits who get scared by “ghosts” LOL Lollipop is generally fine, but I think Eddie scares himself cause of his lop ears. i don’t think he always hears everything and then of all sudden will hear and it spooks him. that’s my theory anyways. Other than that, I have no freaking clue. I usually gauge how scared they really are by Lolli. If she’s not spooked, then Eddie just scared himself. hahahaha

Lily has been thumping alot lately, too! One night was almost all night long! “GHOSTS” , or Boo’s playing a joke on Lily??? LOL!
