things you wish your bunnies could do/you could do with them?

haha my boyfriend thinks I’m so weird for this, but I have a feeling folks here will share my sentiment. are there things you wish your bun could do, or that you could do with them?

mine is I really REALLY wish I could take them out the same way people go out with their dogs. I live near a gorgeous lake with a trail going around and lots of grassy fields, and I always think about how cute and funny it would be to see these two furballs hopping around hehe =D

I wish I could sleep with Chacha bun. She thinks my blankets are her toys. She must love the smell of me because she smushes up the blankets, smoothes it out, and she binkies on it! She doesnt llike heights so I’m afraid I would wake up to a bed of pee and poop.. and I just got a new bed!

I wish I could take her with me wherever I go and sit on my lap when I watch tv.

but shhes a diva. No one tells diva what to do

Yes!!!  It’s apparently not Merry’s thing, but I have some hopes for Banner.  If he won’t sit with me watching tv I have a feeling we’ll be running around and entertaining me at least.

I do also wish I could sleep with them!

i wish cotton wouldnt run when i go to pick him up        he thumps now too

he was trained n wouldnt run or struggle  but since i been doing his lip he runs now   i am so sad about that

i wish i could take ruby ouy but no one can find out about her          unless i am going to another 2 cities away i cant chance taking her

I wish Peppy wouldn’t struggle so much when I try to pick her up/hold her. She actually does cuddle/sleep with me, but I like to pass out for a good solid several hours whereas Peppy (like most buns) only catnap for a few minutes at a time, so she only stays with me until she wakes up and realizes I’m too boring since I’m asleep, lol! Then she claws my face trying to get off the bed. Sigh.

I wish I could talk to my buns! Haha. No really though – ever since I made a new bun song from Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds”

Woke up this mornin’ just in time for the rising sun
There were three little BUNS pitch by my doorstep

Me too. I would like to talk to mine and have them reply.

But I do believe Chacha knows how I feel. She flopped and showed me she was happy when I went to sit by her and I was crying late last year. She was even a baby at that time and afraid of mommy.

I wish Lolli would let me hold her like she does when I take her to the vet. Of course, I wouldn’t want her scared like she is then, but still. I can’t put the girl down on the table. I HAVE to hold her. When I took her for her ear check, I even asked her why she couldn’t be this way at home. lol

I also wish she would play. Or maybe not play, but be more interactive. She just stays under box and comes out to give me a disapproving glare. lol

LOL! If you watch The Big Bang Theory, there’s a scene where one of the characters (Raj) says something along the lines of “I don’t like rabbits. They always look like they’re about to say something, but they never do.” Always thinking, right?

I wish my buns would go on outings. I would love to get them a stroller and take them to the coffee shop and to the parks. I doubt they would enjoy it though. They are so dramatic. Everything stresses them out.

I also read an article in Rabbit USA about therapy bunnies. I think Bindi would be great at that. He loves people and cheering up people is what he does best!

Exactly the same as you, angie-la, I wish I could take them places! Everytime we go on a hike or something we say how much we wish the bunnies could come with us and enjoy it.

I wish Otto would let me pet him.

I wish Hannah would let me pick her up. I’ve picked her up once and only for a few seconds – every other time has been a failure!

Like most of you guys, I wish I could take them for walks. One of my rabbits is mostly fine with harnesses, but I’d never take her outside.

I also wish that I could sleep with them. One of my rabbits would probably be fine with it, but I’d be too afraid that I’d roll over on him.

This is going to sound very odd, but I also wish that there were giant (horse-sized) rabbits that you could ride like a horse. It would be fun until they binkied!

hehehe! one of my horses likes to do binkies when we run! lol you can come ride him anytime you would like to feel what a binky might feel like! lol its kinda like this:

I wish I could get Thistle to be a little braver hes timid to new things and places and sounds, hes getting better but I wish he was a little more like Basil was he was very outgoing and curious.  Oh well I love him just the same even if he was evil

Naturally I wish they could talk, I often wonder what is going on in those bunny brains!  I wish Kate and Spence could go to class with me.  Arabic grammar would be so much more fun if there were bunnies! Come to think of it, I wish they could learn Arabic, if I could study with them I might study more instead of be distracted by bunny cuteness

my buns like to sit behind the curtain and stare outside in the daytime. the other day my boyfriend mused, “I wonder if Nikka’s bobbing her head to the music behind there….” and I almost passed out from the insanely cute mental image.

I agree Kate…it would be nice if they could talk. Especially when they are unhappy or unwell. Then we could know what’s wrong and not have to guess.

Although then we wouldn’t just get disapproving looks; we’d get sass talk and potty mouth!!!

 Um.. I think that is100% true! Sometimes, I see Chacha glaring at me.. her mouth looking VERY VERY .. angry. I think that she is going to spat something at me.
