Im going to try to make this short and sweet!
I had a bunny named oreo who became infected with E. Cuniculi
This was brought out by the stress of bringing home a new friend for him, we assume he had the bacteria his whole life as his brother passed away from similar symptoms
Contrary to being misdiagnosed with pasturella thus the E. Cuniculi becoming more fatal Mr.Oreo lived another 8 months! And eventually ended up with a wheelchair!
Anyways my question for you guys is I currently have four rabbits… What are the chances of them ending up with e cuniculi aswell? I’ve tried my best with sanatizing the room oreo was in even the couch and carpet
However he did live in my bedroom prior to becoming fatally ill with this sickness I know a lot of rabbit harvest the bacteria and sometimes never have issues but I can’t help but compulse for the safety of my other babies! Poor Oreo was only four Thank you so much for your time! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

            Sorry to hear about Oreo.

How long has it been since he passed away?
