Best Movie Ever! Just watched it!! (I made a bunch of guys watch it
). It definiltly made me think of all my bunny crazy binkybunny friends!! ![]()
http://www.thechristmasbunny.com/
yes, I saw it like two weeks ago.
It is very good movie.. except I don’t like how they pick up rabbits. Looks like rabbits experienced pain in necks.
(by the way, it is only movie that is WELL-EDUCATION of how to take care of rabbits except how to pick up rabbits)
Awhhh that trailer
Nobody, that was the conclusion we came up with too. Great bunny info, but not the correct way to pick up a rabbit.
We mostly fast forwarded through the sappy parts and there were some religious tones. But it was about a bunny and it featured a bunny sanctuary!!!
I put this on my Christmas wish list I gave to hubby. Hope I get it! ![]()
Okay seriously question… is it going to make me cry and does it have a sad ending?
Tell the truth, now!
yes and well.. no.. it’s happy ending..
rabbit isn’t going to die or anything
That’s what I needed to know : D
yep and it’s only 10 dollars from my local grocery store.
I think Netflix is currently streaming it!

Thats where we saw it.
Happy ending, no buns were harmed in the making. The plot is a sad subject that’s all.

me too.
Me three!!!!
I actually read the movie summary on Amazon and deemed it okay. If an animal dies, I don’t enjoy the movie.
ok i dont know about the rest of you but i wanted to bite that boy myself and im 47 years old……soo i would be way more upset about a ten year old being mean to animals then a little girl trying to help her animal
me too… including the boy at the end of movie who want rabbit back.. wow.. he know nothing about rabbit.. LOL
should i watch this? I think I am gonna. Will I cry? :}
Awh!! The trailer made me cry! So let me think. The movie will to♥ lol I am gonna watch it! ![]()
I just watched it last night the ending is happy but the movie makes you cry.
Ok one question do they shoot the rabbit at all?
Oh ok i figured it out. lol It doesn’t show it.
Ok, BEST MOVIE EVER!!! It is a must watch!!! :’D
I feel like the resident cynic, but I just watched the clip and all I can think is that a bunch of movie watchers are going to say “ooo, I want a bunny” and then there’s a rush for them, and then they get bored, or can’t care for them, and we get a new surge of bunnies heading for rescues around the country. Does this movie explain at all about thinking first before getting a cute little bunny for Christmas only to be abandoned a few months later?
Sorry guys. Just get sad about the impulse pet bunnies can become. ![]()
actually the rabbit sanctuary lady in the movie talks about that and how u shouldnt have the rabbit unless you take caree of it she doesnt let the little girl take the bunny back until she teaches her how to take care of it so that is good….all in all was positive i believe, except the picking up part……..
Yes, she does say not to get one unless you take the right care of it. Anyone who hasn’t seen the movie should watch it! I cried all through it!!
RabbitPam: I was worried about the same thing. The message throughout the movie was that rabbits are a lot of work, need to be taken care of properly, and that most of them aren’t. The rabbit lady has a bunch of rabbits in her barn and she explains how she got them all from kids who’s parents buy them for their children for holidays ect. and “the kids quickly lose interest and don’t want to be bothered by it and neither do the parents”. They even mention stuff about cecotropes and proper feed. Oh they also talk about how domesticated rabbits cannot survive in the wild (They find the bunny out in the woods shot by a bebe gun and besides his broken leg and he won’t eat because he was fed candy and bread and his system is clogged up, the owners had “set him free” because their kid wasn’t interested anymore). Haha the only thing that really bugs me is the way they pick the bunnies up.
I think Netflix is currently streaming it!
I just saw it and put in my queue. And was coming to say that it’s available on netflix streaming. LOL
Netflix Canada sucks! We don’t have it.
I just can’t get past Florence Henderson, she’s just Mrs. Brady to me…
That looks like a really good movie. I went straight to barnes n noble to find it. Will take a peek at Amazon see who is less $.
I can’t wait to see it.
I just watched it last night! Very good movie. It was very informational but I do not like how they picked the rabbits up by their scruffs. It made me excited to get my rabbit which I will be picking up tomorrow! So exciting!
