Hey gang,
Been a bit for me. As my time with Fox expands, so does my confidence in my bunny handling skills.
He’s been super cuddly after his full recovery from neutering. That was back before the new year. Today he did something a little unusual however.
I was watching tv, and he snuggled up on the blanket next to my feet, on the floor. I reached down and petted him, he laid his head flat out and rest his noggin on my foot. This is pretty typical Fox.
I decided he probably wanted more attention so laid down next to him on the floor, he purred a few times, then he did something I never saw before. It sounded and looked a lot like his normal purring, except much much faster. Like a soft chattering. I know loud chattering is considered a warning sign. But he looked happy, started licking my nose after this, then got up and played around his toys.
Was this just a really really really happy bunny? He has been eating, pooping, peeing, I gave him a treat afterwards and he greedily gulped it up (as usual). Or do you think I should be worried.
He was to the vet last month, and was praised for his healthy growth and good care.
Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
