  Any fun weekend plans?
  
  Me, just going to run my usual errands. Mostly I’m going to stay home and watch DVR’d shows and nurse Mr. Peppermint.
  
  My husband has a friend coming in town but they will be going to the lake to fish and be back on Tuesday as his friend leaves Wed morning – which is why I can watch all my recorded shows that my husband doesn’t find as exciting as I do.

  I’m getting ready to head home to visit my family next week so lots of present shopping and lots and lots of cleaning before the bunny sitter gets here. :/

  My Mother is hosting a family gathering this weekend and my oldest younger brother will be in town. It will be nice to see and catch up with him.
  
  Other than that just a bunch of reading and maybe catching up on some TV. My husband and I have been DVRing True Blood and can’t decide whether we’ll wait for the season to be over and binge on it or catch up and watch it as it airs. Le sigh, the hard choices in life

  Non-stop volunteering lol. I have been volunteering at a local radio station for over 5 years and it is currently festival season so I am busy. Yesterday I left home for work at 7:45 am and didn’t get home until 11:15 pm because I had a weekly festival/concert series to volunteer at. I am so tired lol but I had to be back to work today. Starting tonight is the annual Folk Music Festival in my town and it lasts from morning to night all weekend. Luckily we decided not to make a presence until tomorrow so I can try to sleep tonight. My husband, sister, and I are doing a gimic this year as well; we are going to dress up as pirates! This idea was based off of what happened at Folk Fest last year. The three of us were double festival booked so we went to a Renaissance festival during the day and then Folk Fest that night, but we didn’t have the chance to change in between so we were still in our pirate costumes. It brought so much attention to our booth! People couldn’t help but come over to ask why we were pirates and it gave us the opportunity to talk about the station. So we are intentionally doing it this year.

  Not much plans….going to be a rainy weekend here.
  
  Last night I had fun at my sister’s place in the country. We had a BBQ and Bonfire with my visiting uncle and cousin. I saw some wild bunnies which I was excited about since I haven’t seen any in years and my sister is always bragging about all the bunnies that live in her yard. I never get lucky enough to see any when I’m visiting.
  
  My phone camera sucks, he was actually closer than he looks in the pic.

  My weekend plans were work and going out to eat for my b-day yesterday. =p Today I’m just resting since I’m exhausted from work. Not to mention I miss the buns so I wanted to spend some quality time with them.
