        Hi everyone!

So, my bunny has been making audible noises that sound like a combination of teeth chattering and grinding. She does so when in a (seemingly) relaxed loaf position which makes me think that it doesn’t look like she’s in pain. She’s not hunched over or in any weird position and otherwise, is her usual happy,  hungry and binky self.

She chatters her teeth quite frequently and it is usually a very quiet sound that I can only hear when right next to her. However, this new sound can be heard across the big room that they are in!

Let me know what you guys think 🙂

I dont think its pain if she doesnt display any other signs of pain. I had a bun whose teeth purring could be heard across a room.

Yes, some bunnies are just louder than others. If she isn’t showing any other signs, then it’s probably just her being happy.

I would just keep an eye on her. It’s probably nothing to worry about, my bunny purrs pretty loud!

I’ve also heard grinding/chattering across a room. Usually even if that’s loud, you can still tell the difference between loud tooth purring and unhappy grinding. An unhappy grinding is a loud distinct crunching.
