  My bunny Winston has been acting normal (no changes in diet or waste), but today I noticed one of his testicles is red and swollen. It’s fairly larger than the other one but it isn’t hard or hot to the touch. We assume he is a young male so could this be puberty or something else?

  If Winston’s testicle is read and swollen, he may have injured it or have an infection, so it would be good to have a vet look at him.

  It turns out both of them are red and swollen. I’m checking it out every few minutes to see if he improves. Thank you for the advice! We will be taking him to the vet just in case.

  The testicles (when visible) will normally look like pink raised patches (like the pad of your thumb) peeking out from underneath the fur. Redness and swelling is not normal and should be looked at. Like Tobyluv said, it could be an injury or an infection.
