Hi guys long time no talk.  My little girl Lux is still amazing and I love her but lately since we got our dog she has been very very aggressive.  She is fine with the dog and gives him kisses and jumps on him when she can but all of a sudden she is totally a butt when we try to take her out of her cage.  Runs out honking nonstop then back under ledge runs out honks and will bite if hand left in the cage in front of her.  Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get her out because she just wont let us but then once she is out everything is ok.  She hasnt seen the vet for almost 2 years so im wondering if maybe a visit is due.  We dont let her out in the house house anymore cause of the dog.  Sometimes our dog wants to play a little rough so we dont let her in the living room.  We put her in the bathroom thats in the hallway of the lviing room.  We gate it up cause its a T hallway with bathroom in the middle and two other doors so she has the hallway and bathroom to run and binky in.  She binkys in the bathroom and lvoes hanging out behind the toilet cause shes a silly goose.  But lately its hard to even get her out of the bathroom because she is running honking and everything.  I dont know if its cause we dont let her out in the living room anymore becasue she always had her living room a couple hours a day when we were home in our first 2 apartments and now our house.  I just hope she is ok.  She still gives us kisses and all!

I’m glad she and your doggy get along! Good idea blocking everything off by the way, better to be safe than sorry

The same thing happened with my bun, she had free range but my family started having allergies, she got quite annoyed. I decided to let roam it other areas instead, like my bedroom or garage (chemical free of course) and our porch as well! She seemed to enjoy this very much, we also spent a lot more time together which made her very happy I hope this helps,

            Is she neutered?
Also are you sure she is fine with the dog?-my girl will jump on the dog, and she HATES the dog, she’ll go up to them boop noses and run away, she’ll even binky near dogs- but she is absolutely terrified of the dogs, and frequently honks at them. Contrary to popular belief, binkying is not just joy, its a display to show a predator that they are ‘fighting fit’ and not worth chasing.
When we got a new dog my buns aggression went through the roof, and she defended her room viciously-biting anything that smelled like dog.

Aside from that I do recommend you take her to the vet-rabbits need check ups every 6 months, what with needing regular dental checks, it would definitely be worth ruling out pain as a factor.

I agree with Dface. Looks cans be deceiving sometimes.
