        Guys…

I have stopped myself 3 times today from emailing people about adopting their rabbits. Someone in the same city as me has 3 she needs to adopt out with a small fee, and then there is a lionhead breeder about an hour away from me aHHHHHHHHHHHH. I have maintained control and exited out of gmail each time before sending. Good Lindsey *pats self* I don’t know why I have this huge want for a second rabbit. I don’t even know if Bun would like a friend. *slaps hands off keyboard* one bun is fine one bun is fine one bun is fine i do not need another bun i do not need another bun  *chants*

AAhh I love your bun’s nose!! It’s too cute. I’m in the same position you are! Crazy for a friend for Sophie But since I’m spaying her this Friday I have to wait a few weeks until I can adopt one. I already called the Wildlife Center tho! They were so nice and explained everything to me. I went to Petfinder.com and I wanted to adopt all of them The good thing is that they’re neutered already and I can take Sophie to the center with me and bunny match her with the bun she likes! She’s gonna have lots of dates! And after she chooses, I take him home and try to bond them. They told me that if after a couple of weeks they still don’t like each other, I take him back and let Sophie date again. I would be kind of fostering the bun and see if he bonds with Sophie. I would hope they bond cause it would be hard for me to give back a bunny Okay too much talking! Now I want him moreeeeeeeeee lol Adopt! Adopt!!!

If you do decide to adopt a friend for Bun………. go on bunny dates and let bun pick out a friend. This majorly helps with the bonding!!!

Haha, I’ve been feeling the same way lately. I don’t even really want another bun right now because it would cut down on Otto’s space and run time so I would feel bad. But that doesn’t stop me from looking! Fiance just rolls his eyes every time I show him yet another bun that I want to adopt.

I am definitely adopting my next bun, since Bunners was a special find in my area, and you have more power than I do in being able to step away!

Question about bonding…. Since Bunners will be so big, is there a concern about which breeds would or would not work well with him? Should I search out something in particular?

i don’t think it would matter too much. my flemish is currently bonded with two baby lionheads.. the bonding was instant because at the time there were no hormones running around.
the only reason there might be an issue id think is the actual bonding process. the little buns are certainly at a disadvantage.

I can’t give any advice for resisting temptation. I have four and my last addition was only months ago. I am clearly under the influence LOL
