For the last few days, Toby has been REALLY static-ey, By that, I mean constant fluff. I’ll put my fingers a centimeter away from her body and her fur will lift up and touch them. She’s also loafing, drinking and licking blankets more than usual. Has this happened to anyone else?

It tends to depend on the humidity. If the air is very dry, my hair, fuzzy blankets and pets get crazy static ?But that only happens when it’s really cold out and it hasn’t been these last few winters.

Mine get that way when they’re on carpets or in cool weather, I heard you can take unscented or chemically treated static pads for dryers and wipe down hair and fur to reduce it if needed, but it’s harmless otherwise.
