  3 buns 6 months old, spayed (2) and neutered (1) two weeks ago.
  
  They are/somebody is, spraying more than they did before.
  
  I went out of town for 3 days and they covered everything. We have a great pet sitter, so it wasn’t spurred by neglect.
  
  I have 4 more buns, 1male, 3 female, inside that were altered 1 week ago.
  
  These guys were both surprise litters – I’m bunny illiterate, aaahhhhhhh!
  
  Is there anything I can do to hurry this stage of post-alteration along?

  Three words: Post neuter craze.
  
  Yep, they start getting nutty, especially at that 2 week mark. Their hormones are all over the place, so increased hormonal behaviors are to be expected. There isn’t much you can do except ride it out, unfortunately. Everything should be settled around 4-6 weeks post neuter (some take up to 8 weeks). If you can, confine them to an area where they can’t do too much damage.
