  I know, I know being in a spelling bee is pretty lame. But high school has it all the way up to 12th grade! I’m in it this year.
  
  It’s tonight! I know I’m probably not going to win but, eh, why not try? But if I happen to bring home the trophy, I will be sure to share with you guys! I have 4 rabbit feet (Pablo’s) so I guess I’m pretty lucky!
  
  Wish me luck, it’s at 7:00 and it usually takes about 1-2 hours to finish…

  Good luck!!! I’m pretty decent at spelling, but then again they dish out some pretty odd words that I’ve never heard of lol Go in there being positive and powerful and you will do wonderfully!! If its something you like then its not lame at all! And I’m happy you have rabbit feet that are still on a living rabbit and not a gross keychain!! lol

  Pft, being in anything academic isn’t lame. Being able to spell is a good skill to have. Good luck!

  Far too few high school kids these days can spell. I think there needs to be MORE emphasis on spelling bees now more than ever, as it’s an excellent thing to know!

  Beka: I know, most schools only do. But our schools weird. I guess. But I like spelling so I guess it’s fun

  I’m with the others – doing anything academic is good, and way more people should be in spelling bees. Congrats!

  CONGRATS!!! Thats awesome!! And see you were nervous, you silly head! lol Honestly I don’t think I would have spelled that right. I’m a very visual thinker, so trying to think of a word in my head or a math problem in my head is so hard! I have to be able to write it down. But thats impressive! Great job!
