Hi ya’ll
Well, Matilda had her surgery on Thursday morning and it went great! She was a little difficult (out of all the bunnies there) LOL and gave the doctor and staff a run for their money they said. Today she finished her last treatment of her pain meds and her appetite is slowly coming back, however she is drinking a TON of water. She has been an easy patient and I just moved her back into her playroom with my supervision of course.
She is having a blast but she keeps trying to jump up on everything and she keeps getting on her back 2 legs to check everything out that is up high.
I am afraid she is going to over do it and hurt herself- Matilda’s doctor didn’t really give me any instructions besides that to keep checking the incision site- which i do every couple of hours.
When should I say enough is enough to her? and when did you guys start to allow your bun to jump and play after their spay/neuter?
***** OH NO!! as I am writing this the little daredevil jumped over the gates blocking my bed, is on my bed and is staring at me like ” ha ha mom , look what i just did”********
