  How will I know if my buns spay is completely healed or infected? Does it normally take a week or even longer?
  
  Just a little paranoid. Should I be worried it looks like this????

  I don’t see anything that would make me think it’s infected. An infection would cause redness and swelling. You may or may not see oozing. A little dried blood is normal post-spay. Normally it gets licked off. Did your bunny get a cone?

  No she didn’t get a cone. I’ve been with her most of time when she’s awake and she rarely puts her head down there besides eating her poop during her afternoon nap and licking the incision (I’m assuming) a bit. She’s on her 6th day since the surgery was done.
  
  I’m still keeping her in her cage most of the time just to keep her from running around and jumping.

  I would just keep an eye on it. If you start to see redness/swelling, then it will be time to have the vet take a look. An infection would need antibiotics.
