  I saw this ad on kijiji. It almost broke my heart. I WISH with all my heart I could have another rabbit but I’m out of room and money This is about 2 minutes from where I keep my horse:
  
  I have a rabbit to give away, it is very cute and friendly, not sure if it is a boy or girl.
  
  We were driving on Gorge Rd, and saw the bunny in its cage outside a church with a sign that said Free Rabbit, he was left with no food or water, there was no way I was leaving him there. It is so sad that someone did that.
  
  We have a 5 month old baby and do not really have the time for a rabbit but would like to find him a good home!! I have pics, I can e-mail them if you like.
  
  We Will Deliver the Rabbit!

  Well it’s good he’s with some caring people currently…hope someone who can give long term care comes along soon.

  Yes, I am thankful that some good people picked him up. Who knows who could have come along and taken him. I drive by that spot where he was dropped off like 2x a day and I would have grabbed him for sure, at least temporarily. To leave a helpless animal to an unknown fate is so cruel.

  there are truly some wicked people in this world. good thing there are also kind-hearted souls like whoever posted that add. poor sweet bun bun. i’ll send out some good ((((((karma vibes)))))) too!

  I’m assuming this little bun found a home (hopefully a good one) because the ad is gone now.

  Of course the cynic in me immediately thought that perhaps that’s not what really happened and they just made up the story so that it was easier to get someone to take the bunny.

  annette, you make an interesting point. that is certainly a possibility isn’t it? what ever the case i hope bun bun found a decent home!
