I think snuggling is what Kay & Winston do most of the day.  Here is a photo if them even “holding paws”!

They always loved those boxes. They’re the trays our drinking water comes in. Every time they were in there, Pip had to gnaw one end so that she could get in and out comfortably…even though it’s only about an inch high. (Or maybe she did that for Mimzy’s sake, since he’s a little lower to the ground than she is?) She always left cardboard crumbs EVERYWHERE! xD
Then you would hear, diggy-diggy-diggy! Each of them would open a hole in the bottom of the box and rip the cardboard up. I think they were looking for an escape route! 0_o

It did seem that way, Jerz. But they were also so ambiguous…it wasn’t a complete match. Neither of them seems to care one way or the other if they are together or not. If they get time together they still have humping issues, but for the most part would spend the whole day like you saw in those pix…. At the same time, when it came time to go to bed for the night, each one wants their own space. I did try putting them together in one night pen a few times, it was a disaster.
At any rate, I have to get Mimzy completely well first and he still has a runny nose that won’t go away. I think it’s Pen-G shots next and I’m not looking forward to that.
Fiver has shown interest in being around both Pip and Mim…but I am leery of bonding him with either one because I don’t want it getting cut off again like this attempt did. I want them staying together when we get it all sorted out…no more separations.
In the meantime, I do my best to keep them all as happy as they can be. They do love the one on one time with me so far and I can only hope it will go a long way in the eventual three way bond.
Of course, if that doesn’t work out, I can stick to couples…but that means getting a mate for Fiver…
