Iv noticed in the last month or two that Henry is making sounds in the afternoons when he is relaxing. It sounds like a he is whistling out through his nose and sometimes it sounds like a very low whining sound. As soon as we say his name or get up to go closer he stops and just looks at us as if to say ” Can a bunny not get any rest anymore” and he looks abit grumpy!!!

All i can think of is that he is snoring as it is always when he is snoozing. Does anyone else have a snoring bunny? Is this normal?

Yep, our Bailey snores. Sometimes it’s quite loud actually!

            Coco snores something fierce.

The other night, my husband had to leave the room, as he reported that the Cat, the Rabbit and Me were all trying to out-snore one another….

K, seriously I’ve been reading non-stop on rabbits since I got my first one three years ago. (Trust me, lots of lost production at work, but lots of research) and I’ve never heard of bunny snoring!! That is waay beyond cute!!

Someone must take a video of the snoring and post it please!! *plllleeeease*

I feel asleep next to the buns house and never heard a snore. Just Ruby thunking down to the litterbox. She is such an uncoordinated jumper.  Cotton and I both jump when she jumps down from the shelf.  We hear a big kathunk.

Yes vids of the snoring bun yes I agree please.

My rabbit Mango snores and makes all kinds of noises. He’s my most vocal rabbit. I can hear him snoring in my bedroom from his room.

When he eats he makes some funny noises too and those are pretty loud too.

It’s not something that you can really see in a video though – I think you would have to have a very sensitive microphone as well to pick up the noises too.
