Sneezing bunnies; allergies or something more?

My two month old mini Rexs’ Cookie and Precious have both been sneezing since summer has begun. I am confused what they might be reacting to because we have not changed or modified much in our house. I took them both to the vet recently but he said that they seem healthy as long as they are active (still running and binkying) and not lethargic, in addition to eating right they should be fine. It’s been two weeks since I’ve taken them to the vet and their sneezes have been fluctuating from a lot one day and not another. Whenever I check their noses it’s just wet but not thick discharge of any color. Precious has been the one concerning me the most recently. She eats lots as usual and runs around still. I know the vet said they were fine but should I be worried or am I being paranoid?

What kind of hay are you feeding? Is it dusty at all?

Are you using stuff to keep mosquitoes/insects away? like spirals, those chemical thingies you plug in the wall, scented candles..?
Is the hay bag almost finished (so dusty and broken hay strands)? What are you using to clean their cages/pens and the rooms?

I feed them Kaytee Timothy Hay and they sneeze even when I start a new bag. I clean their cage with just water and sometimes sanitize with wipes if their pee gets stuck on the pan since I have a wire cage with a tray. I don’t have any bug repellent or anything I use, not even Febreeze or any type of scent spray. I noticed, however, they sneeze a little more when I turn on the AC. I also even have an air purifier since they started sneezing. Sometimes I notice that they don’t sneeze as much when I turn off the AC on cooler days. I feel like it’s something inside the apartment because on the way to the vet and the whole time there they didn’t sneeze once. I’m just confused why it’s started so suddenly when I haven’t changed anything to their routine but yet once summer hit this started ☹

Could you try cleaning the AC filters? It might be that it’s filled with dust and they are sensitive to it. Have you had any problems of runny or stuffed nose yourself?

I have had sickness myself but only because I know I have allergies in the summer time more as well. Although I was sneezing as well as the bunnies were sneezing well before I got an air purifier.
